The full cock manual clay traps need to be recocked manually all the way round to the release lever. This takes a bit of effort, after time, you will tire so it is good to rotate trappers from time to time. This model is designed for users who use the trap once in a while and looking to start getting into the sport, shooting on their own land.

3/4 self cock clay pigeon trap.
Our 3/4 self cock clay pigeon traps, self cock three quarters of the spring for you, as the throwing arm launches the clay. This works by a one way bearing system, which uses the force of the throw to cock the arm three quarters of the way for you. This is the hardest part of the reloading, so the remaining re-cocking is effortless. You could re-cock this clay trap 1000 and think nothing of it. 

In addition to the above, the 3/4 self cocking clay traps have a larger, high powered spring. Not only is this trap easier to re-cock, it is more powerful, increasing throwing distance and speed. This can also be restricted for beginners.
